At Armstrong Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
