Please note that this pickguard will only fit genuine 1998 to present 22 fret cutaway Fender Jazz Bass Deluxe. This pickguard will not fit 20 fret, or 22 fret Fender Jazz Bass (non Deluxe). IMPORTANT! It will also not fit a 2010 21 Fret Fender Jazz Bass American Deluxe. Please see JBAD4-2100 for the 2010 to present 21 fret pickguard. Made from 3 ply shiny red / black / red plastic material, 2.3mm thick. We cut this with a 45 degree bevelled edge and there is a clear protective film on top to protect the pickguard during installation.
